Bookkeeper
Description
We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to join our Finance Team.
As a Bookkeeper, you’ll be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling invoices, tax payments, overseeing bank reconciliations on a weekly basis, and cash disbursements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process invoices from vendors in collaboration with the Procurement Team.
- Prepare weekly payments.
- Manage expenses, travel reimbursements and all expense reports.
- Be responsible for the company's credit card process, reconciliation, and payments.
- Assist with the monthly billing procedure ensuring proper invoices are issued to the customers.
- Support monthly, quarterly and yearly closing procedures
- Assist in improving and developing accounting policies and procedures.
- Ad hoc accounting projects as needed.
Requirements
- 2 years of bookkeeping experience (experience from a hi-tech company is an advantage)
- Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage)
- English at a high level (writing, reading and speaking)
- Excellent Excel skills
- Independent, detail-oriented and with a “can-do!” and service-oriented approach
