Affiliate Manager - China


Bright Data is looking for a motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success in the vibrant and fast-growing Chinese market. 

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be focusing on managing and expanding our affiliate network in the Chinese market, developing and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners, driving affiliate program growth, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Recruit new affiliate partners into the Bright Data program to find different ways to increase the performance of the affiliate marketing channel and manage/improve existing affiliate partners to increase their ongoing:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates within the Chinese market that align with our company's objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective affiliates, ensuring their needs align with the company’s marketing strategies.
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies in the Chinese market, considering cultural differences and local practices.
  • Develop and provide affiliate performance reports for management regularly.


  • Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a similar role, specifically targeting the Chinese market
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and industry trends
  • Familiarity with Chinese affiliate networks, platforms, and marketing channels
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Design, implement and maintain data pipelines & ELTs for multiple data sources: MongoDB, S3, Salesforce, HubSpot  and various APIs, ensuring data quality and reliability.

  • Serve as the key interface between Data Engineers and BI Developers, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

  • Continuously optimize and improve existing data infrastructure and processes.

  • 5+ years experience as a Data Engineer 
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Python and SQL
  • 3+ years experience with Airflow and DBT 
  • 3+ years experience with Spark 
  • Experience with Git and development practices (CI/CD) 
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Experience with AWS cloud technologies and services like S3, Glue, EMR, IAM, etc.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with your assigned customers, acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and requests. 
  • Analyze and interpret customer usage data to proactively identify potential issues and recommend solutions
  • Identify and cultivate upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all customers’ needs are met and that requests are delivered on time. Route support / product issues to the relevant teams people.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive customer retention and growth
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute customer engagement and retention campaigns
  • Get feedback from our customers to incorporate into the product roadmap. 
  • Renewals - track pending renewals and get to closure.
  • Be the voice of the customer within Bright Data and efficiently work with the relevant internal teams to any solve issue (product, finance, support…), 
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, including: account creation, customization, training to create positive experience to the customer


  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS account management or related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex accounts, mainly retail and ecommerce
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions
  • Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM software, customer support tools, and project management tools

The role will focus on developing business insights, reporting a set of key KPIs to management, as well as budget planning and analysis.
