Bright Insights, Bright Data’s eCom division, provides Fortune 500 brands, retailers, analysts, and investors with actionable, real-time data analysis and product-level insights to increase their market share. 

We are looking for a high-performing and experienced Director of B2B SaaS Sales, with a hunter’s mindset and a strong background in e-commerce (and preferably in CPG as well [Consumer Packaged Goods]). 

This individual will be part of a growing sales organization, selling Bright Insights to brands, retailers and manufacturers in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Bright’s B2B sales strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Build your pipe, from lead generation to closing deals - you must be a hunter!
  • Ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues through proactive planning and execution.
  • Foster and manage relationships with key B2B partners.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market trends.
  • You will be reporting to the North America Senior Director of Sales

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience within the e-commerce vertical. CPG is a big advantage!
  • Proven experience in selling to large accounts / enterprises.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales platforms.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Affiliate Manager - China

Description

Bright Data is looking for a motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success in the vibrant and fast-growing Chinese market. 

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be focusing on managing and expanding our affiliate network in the Chinese market, developing and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners, driving affiliate program growth, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

Recruit new affiliate partners into the Bright Data program to find different ways to increase the performance of the affiliate marketing channel and manage/improve existing affiliate partners to increase their ongoing:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates within the Chinese market that align with our company's objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective affiliates, ensuring their needs align with the company’s marketing strategies.
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies in the Chinese market, considering cultural differences and local practices.
  • Develop and provide affiliate performance reports for management regularly.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a similar role, specifically targeting the Chinese market
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and industry trends
  • Familiarity with Chinese affiliate networks, platforms, and marketing channels
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Compliance/ Legal / Fraud prevention / Risk management/ Financial services, from a tech / software company 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English - a must (additional languages - an advantage)
  • Familiarity with Cybersecurity/Fraud prevention/Privacy systems and platforms - an advantage 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, end-to-end
  • Service oriented, to support all of the company stakeholders
