APAC Channel Sales Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead the development and management of relationships 

with resellers and channel partners across the Asia-Pacific region. 

In this role, you will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and ensure the success of our channel partners.



Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new resellers and channel partners in the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with partners to establish joint business plans and sales objectives. Participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead business performance analysis to support daily operations and quarterly business reviews.
  • Implement corrective actions and initiatives to enhance partner performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market share through channel partners.
  • Act as a key liaison between the company and channel partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership programs, preferably at a top technology or SW market-leading company in the APAC region.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of the APAC market and business culture and strong personal network within the industry.
  • Excellent communication in English and strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

** Location: Singapore - The role requires frequent travel within the APAC region.
